In his thesis ‘Optimization of Sail Settings Using RBF Mesh Morphing,’ Saverio Ramirez explored the application of mesh morphing in the field of sailing.

The purpose of this project was to present the latest results achieved through the ongoing collaboration between the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the Yacht and Superyacht Research Group at the University of Edinburgh.
