RBF Morph took part in the Tor Vergata Innovation Day, held on 7 October 2026 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, an event dedicated to showcasing the University’s research excellence and fostering connections between academia, industry and the wider innovation ecosystem.

A central element of the event was the Discovery Hall, where research results were presented through prototypes, Proofs of Concept and scientific posters across six thematic areas, ranging from Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity to Precision Medicine and Biopharma, Digital Health, Energy and Circularity, and the Frontiers of Space and Matter.

For RBF Morph, the event represented an important opportunity to engage with companies, researchers and innovation stakeholders through the dedicated B2B meetings. The Innovation Matching initiative facilitated direct exchanges around technologies, research activities and potential areas for future collaboration, reinforcing the role of academic research as a driver of technological development and industrial innovation.

The programme also highlighted the broader innovation ecosystem surrounding the University. Among the featured initiatives were the Blue Shift cybersecurity hackathon, which involved Tor Vergata students in a defensive cybersecurity challenge, and the final of the Start Cup Lazio, showcasing entrepreneurial projects emerging from university research and demonstrating how scientific knowledge can evolve into deep-tech startups and new development opportunities.

With its combination of research, technology demonstration, entrepreneurship and direct interaction with industry, Tor Vergata Innovation Day provided a valuable setting for strengthening connections between scientific research and its potential applications. RBF Morph was pleased to contribute to this dialogue and to explore new opportunities for collaboration within the University’s innovation ecosystem.
