We are pleased to announce that on 20th March a preview of our new RBF Morph ACT Extension will be given during a one hour webinar.

Since this presentation is mainly thought for domestic users, it will be held in Italian language.

We are planning an international one that will be promoted soon.

Stay tuned with us.

Mesh morphing allows to fast modify the computational model shape without being forced to regenerate the mesh and to efficiently automate numerical design and optimization procedures.

The technology of the RBF Morph software, conceived at its inception to face the challenging design requests of a Formula 1 top team and available to date for ANSYS Fluent users only, is the core of the novel tool integrated in ANSYS Mechanical.

Such a tool will be presented during the Webinar by Prof. Marco Evangelos Biancolini, the author and the lead developer, who will show its main features by means of interactive examples.

RBF Morph ACT extension is an integrated in ANSYS Mechanical GUI sharing the main scoping elements (geometry and mesh) enabling to make the mesh parametric in shape just after few operations.

During the webinar the process to perform an automate optimization of a piston rod through DesignXplorer will be detailed.
